Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We offer a 14-day refund & return window. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

However, under EU consumer law, you also benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period (for distance sales) during which you can cancel your order for any reason.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for return, the supplement must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or does not match the description, you may request a replacement, repair, or full refund. EU law provides a conformity guarantee of at least two years for goods that turn out to be faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed through your original method of payment within a few business days
Return Shipping & Costs
  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • The refund amount may be reduced by the cost of return shipping
Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off)

Under EU consumer protection rules, for orders made online you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us (e.g., via email) before the end of the 14-day period.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the item once you have communicated your intention to withdraw.

Exchanges

If your supplement is defective or damaged, we’ll replace it with the same item. Please email us at office@zenyth.com
before returning to get return instructions and the correct shipping address.

Statutory Rights & Consumer Protection

This policy is without prejudice to your mandatory statutory rights under EU and national consumer laws, which cannot be waived.

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract for at least 2 years under EU law.
