Why it's the right choice

  • Unique, original Zenyth formula.
  • The first motility-focused product that combines carnitine and Vitamin B1.
  • Supplement with choleretic–cholagogue and prokinetic effects.
  • Recommended for cases of occasional constipation caused by bile deficiency.
  • Acts on three levels: stimulation of bile secretion (artichoke and ginger), neural signaling of motility (carnitine), and stimulation of digestion and motility (Vitamin B1).
  • Useful in cases of low stomach acid (hypoacidity), due to its Vitamin B1 content.
  • Also suitable for individuals who do not tolerate fats well, as it stimulates bile secretion.
  • Can be combined with ColonHelp fibers for individuals for whom fiber alone is not sufficient to regulate bowel transit.

Looking for a solution to improve bowel transit? Try Motility Help, an advanced formula with artichoke, ginger, carnitine, and Vitamin B1!

Motility Help is a complex, innovative formula recommended to support digestion and gastric motility. The formula combines two plants with choleretic effects (bile stimulation) – artichoke and ginger – plus an amino acid, carnitine (neural signaling of motility), and Vitamin B1 (digestion and motility). In other words, Motility Help stimulates gastric motility, intestinal transit, and, consequently, helps maintain microbial balance in the intestinal tract.

How does Motility Help from Zenyth help you?

  • Has a choleretic–cholagogue effect: stimulates bile secretion and digestion.
  • Has a prokinetic effect: supports gastrointestinal motility and faster stomach emptying.
  • Reduces bloating and gas.
  • Helps with occasional constipation.
  • Improves fat tolerance by stimulating bile secretion.

What does gastrointestinal motility mean?

Motility means movement. The human body naturally knows how to keep food moving through the gastrointestinal tract to ensure healthy digestion, nutrient absorption, and waste elimination. Gastrointestinal motility is the normal, natural movement of the muscles and digestive organs. When gastrointestinal motility is imbalanced or slow, problems such as bloating or occasional constipation may occur.

Artichoke stimulates bile secretion

Artichoke may help support digestion and the healthy functioning of the intestinal tract and liver, as well as maintain normal blood lipid levels. Traditional uses of artichoke relate to liver function, as its leaves are considered choleretic–cholagogue (stimulate bile secretion), hepatoprotective, hypocholesterolemic, and diuretic. For this reason, artichoke is recommended for digestive issues (bloating, a feeling of fullness, flatulence due to hepatobiliary dysfunction), for managing hyperlipidemia (in combination with a low-fat diet), and as a protective supplement for individuals working in toxic environments.

Ginger supports digestion and combats nausea

Ginger supports gastrointestinal motility and normal bile secretion, improving fat digestion and absorption. Its main effect is prokinetic – it accelerates stomach emptying and stimulates gastric contractions. Numerous studies support ginger’s long history of use for gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and general dyspepsia. It enhances the production of bile acids and pancreatic enzymes, all contributing to improved digestion and protection of the gastric mucosa. Additionally, it helps combat nausea, vomiting, inflammation, hyperlipidemia, constipation, intestinal bloating, and flatulence.

L-Carnitine: a surprising remedy for constipation

Carnitine is an essential amino acid, synthesized in the liver and kidneys, and present in most cells of the body, with higher concentrations found in the brain, nerves, heart, liver, and sperm cells. While most people know carnitine for its effects on weight loss and fat metabolism, it has a surprising role in constipation: it supports neural signaling of motility by stimulating acetylcholine synthesis. A study conducted in Japan found a correlation between the severity of constipation and low carnitine levels, and supplementation with carnitine led to a significant reduction in symptoms.

Vitamin B1: for normal gastric acid levels

Known for its stress-fighting properties, Vitamin B1, or thiamine, is a water-soluble vitamin that belongs to the B-complex group. In addition, Vitamin B1 plays an important role in supporting energy and metabolism. At the stomach level, a deficiency in Vitamin B1 inhibits the release of hydrochloric acid from gastric cells and leads to hypochlorhydria (low stomach acid), reduced gastric motility, bloating, gastroesophageal reflux, and nausea, as well as bacterial overgrowth. Furthermore, Vitamin B1 deficiency is associated with a significant decrease in pancreatic enzymes and bile flow.
