When following chronic medication treatments, it is recommended to take ColonHelp Probiotic Forte two hours after medication. It may also be consumed long-term as a dietary fiber supplement (4–8 g per day).
IMPORTANT! Shortly after administration, it is mandatory to drink 400 ml of water. During the course, daily fluid intake should be 1.5–2 liters. The product may also be taken in the evening, provided that sufficient water is consumed. Fiber taken without adequate fluid intake may cause constipation.
