Products can be ordered directly on the website www.zenyth.com or by phone, through the Zenyth call center, at 021.3.000.000 (standard rate number).

You can pay for products securely online using your credit or debit card. During checkout, you’ll be guided through a safe payment process powered by Stripe, a trusted payment platform. Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Your order will be delivered via Packeta, a reliable shipping service. Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor its progress until it reaches you.

The delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address you provide. The final price will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Please check the “Payment & Delivery” section on our website for more details.

Zenyth products are available in physical locations only in Romania, including selected stores and pharmacies. Outside of Romania, they can be purchased exclusively through our online shop.

Yes, you can return the products you ordered within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt if you change your mind and no longer wish to keep them. To initiate a return, please contact us by email support@zenyth.com or phone 021.3.000.000, providing your order details and the reason for the return.

Products must be returned in the same condition as received: in the original container, sealed, and with the label intact, within 14 days from the order date*. Money will not be refunded for unsealed products or those with damaged labels*. *Refund applies only to products purchased online or by phone (according to Government Ordinance 34/04.07.2014 on consumer rights).

To cancel an order or return a product, please access the Return Products form in your customer account. You can also request a return by calling the Zenyth call center at 021.3.000.000 or by sending an email to support@zenyth.com.

To register on our website, all you have to do is follow the steps below:

Fill in the Email and Password fields with the data you chose.
After entering the data, you will receive a validation email.
Confirm the entered data to complete registration.
Return to the main page and use the previously entered data to log in.

To update your account information, log in to our website by clicking on Log in. Then go to My Account, where you will find Update account information. Enter your email address and the new details, then click Update data.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email and another email when the order is shipped. For more details about your order status, you can contact us at 021.3.000.000.

The delivery address can be updated directly from your account, in the Update account information section. If you want to change the delivery address after placing an order, please email us at support@zenyth.com or call us at 021.3.000.000.

There are two cases:

If you want an invoice issued for a legal entity and the products are not for resale, you can place the order on the website or by phone, following the same steps as an individual. If you place the order online, simply enter your billing details in the Notes field of the order form.
If you represent a pharmacy or a health store and wish to order products for resale, please contact us by phone at 0730.330.481.

After adding the desired products to the cart, go to the Your cart section. On the page with your order products, you will see the question Do you have a discount code? and right below, a box where you must enter the code or voucher. Then click Apply voucher, and the value will be automatically applied. You can also provide the code by phone to our call center operators at 021.3.000.000.

If you did not complete the payment, you will receive an email with a link to retry. If the payment still cannot be completed, please contact us at support@zenyth.com  or call 021.3.000.000 to speak with one of our colleagues.

Products that are out of stock are marked as unavailable on the site. However, there are cases where a product runs out before all placed orders are fulfilled. In this case, we will notify you by phone about the temporary unavailability, provide a restock estimate, and offer an alternative product. If you don’t want to wait or replace the product, we will cancel the order and refund the payment if already made.

Each Zenyth dietary supplement comes with warnings regarding possible interactions with medication or conditions. We advise you to carefully read the product information. To benefit from the quality and effectiveness of dietary supplements, it is necessary to ensure proper storage. Below are some important recommendations:

Carefully read the storage instructions. Some supplements need to be stored in a dry place, away from light and heat, while others require refrigeration.
Protect supplements from humidity. Bathrooms and kitchens are not suitable places, as high humidity can alter the product or reduce effectiveness. Always tightly close the container after use.
