ZENYTH PHARMACEUTICALS SRL (hereinafter the “Company” or “We”) is registered with the Trade Register under no. J27/805/2007, has VAT number 21917821 and is specialized in the production of premium food supplements and dietetic products focused on detoxification, weight management, and intestinal health support.
On the relevant market, the Company positions itself as a top Romanian manufacturer in the food supplements sector, promoting safe and high-quality products and being actively involved in educational activities regarding a healthy lifestyle.

The Company, in its capacity as Controller, processes the personal data of data subjects (employees, representatives of individual/corporate clients, contractual partners, collaborators, service providers, and the data of other individuals who interact with the Company and/or are involved in contractual relationships with it).

For the purpose of completing and submitting the Contact Form (“Contact” section – fill in the form) on the Company’s website www.zenyth.com, we process the following types of personal data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, as well as any other data voluntarily provided by the data subject in the “Message” field.
You must tick the box stating “I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy” and click the “Send message” button.
For the purpose of completing and submitting the Product Order Form (by accessing one of the sections “Products”, “News”, “Discounts”, “Promotional Packages”, “Books” – selecting the desired product – and completing the “Checkout” form) on the Company’s website www.zenyth.com, we process the following types of personal data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, home address, as well as any other data voluntarily provided by the data subject in the “Additional information” field.
You may enter a different delivery address for the products, create an account, subscribe to the Newsletter, and select the payment method.
You must tick the box stating “I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions” and click the “Place order” button.
For the purpose of completing and submitting the Account Creation Form (by clicking the “Create Account” button/the “Person” icon at the top right of the website, entering the email address and completing the specific form) on the Company’s website www.zenyth.com, we process the following types of personal data: first name, last name, and the password you choose and confirm.
You must tick the box stating “I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions” and click the “Create Account” button.
For the purpose of completing and submitting the Product Return Form (“Useful information” section – Product returns – complete the specific form) on the Company’s website www.zenyth.com, we process the following types of personal data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, as well as any other data voluntarily provided by the data subject in the “Your message” field. We also process the order number and an anti-spam question is required to be answered.

For the purpose of completing and submitting the Suggestions and Complaints Form (“Useful information” section – Suggestions and complaints – complete the specific form) on the Company’s website www.zenyth.com, we process the following types of personal data: first name, last name, email address, as well as any other data voluntarily provided by the data subject in the “Write your message here” field. An anti-spam question is also required to be answered.
You must tick the box stating “I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions” and click the “Send” button.
For the purpose of completing and submitting the Review/Comment Publication Form on the Company’s website www.zenyth.com, we process the following types of personal data: first name, last name, email address, as well as any other data voluntarily provided by the data subject in the “Comment” field.
You must tick the box stating “I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy” and click the “Publish comment” button.
For the purpose of completing and submitting the Registration Form for the Orthomolecular Medicine Course (by accessing the link https://zenyth.com/inscriere-curs-ortomolecular/ and completing the specific form) on the Company’s website www.zenyth.com, we process the following types of personal data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, profession, specialization, personal identification number (CNP), full address, IBAN account number. In the case of a legal entity, we also process: company name, VAT number, Trade Register number, IBAN account, and registered office address.

For the purpose of completing and submitting the Job Application Form for an available position within the Company (“Careers” section – “Apply here!”) on the Company’s website www.zenyth.com, we process the following types of personal data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, the applicant’s CV, as well as any other data voluntarily provided by the data subject in the “Your message” field. You must tick the box stating “I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy” and click the “Send” button.
Fields marked with * are mandatory.

For website visitors, we may collect data through cookies or other similar technologies, such as IP address, browser type, location, web pages accessed on our website, time spent on the website, internet network, and device used. For more details in this regard, please consult our Cookies Policy.
We do not use your personal data to send you marketing communications, such as Newsletters, unless you give your explicit consent for such communications by ticking a dedicated consent box. In this respect, we process only your email address and ensure that you have a simple option to unsubscribe at any time, i.e., to withdraw your consent regarding the receipt of such communications.
- WHAT ARE THE LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data are processed for the purpose of:
- entering into and performing various contracts;
- fulfilling the legal obligations that apply to us;
- based on consent requested and/or given in advance (for recruitment, for sending marketing communications, Newsletters, etc.);
- pursuing the legitimate interests of the Company (e.g., adopting measures for the protection and security of our employees, exercising certain rights and legitimate interests of the Company in contentious or non-contentious procedures, etc.).
- FOR HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The personal data of the data subject are stored for processing throughout the entire duration of our collaboration/contractual relationship and, implicitly, after its termination, at least for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned in this Privacy Policy or for the period required by the applicable legal provisions in the field, including, but not limited to, those regarding data archiving, accounting, etc.
- TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL DATA?
We will not disclose or transfer to any third party any of the personal data collected from you or about you, except in the following cases:
- Public authorities and institutions – when there is a legal obligation in this respect or for the purpose of a legitimate interest (defending the Company’s rights in contentious or non-contentious procedures, etc.);
- The Company’s contractual partners/collaborators who provide us with IT services for web hosting, website development, website maintenance, online marketing and marketing communication, or other companies with which the Company may develop joint programs for presenting its services on the market (e.g., the Company’s partners, courier service providers, payment/banking service providers, market research service providers, insurance companies, other companies with which we may develop joint programs for offering our products on the market, etc.);
- Any third party – if you have given your explicit and specific consent for that particular situation and for those particular data.
Where personal data processed by the Company are transferred by the Company, either directly or through its contractual partners/collaborators, outside the European Economic Area, we ensure that such transfers are carried out in compliance with the GDPR (in particular Article 46 of the GDPR), with the applicable legal provisions in the field, on the basis of appropriate safeguards (standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission), and provided that enforceable data subject rights and effective legal remedies for data subjects are in place.
- WHAT PROTECTIVE MEASURES AND SAFEGUARDS DO WE APPLY?
The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a high level of security and protection of personal data.
We use security methods and technologies together with internal working policies and procedures, including controls and audits, in order to protect the personal data collected in accordance with the applicable legal provisions on personal data protection.

Any data subject may exercise the following rights as provided by the General Data Protection Regulation:

- Right to erasure;
- Right to restriction of processing;

- Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling;
- Right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro) and to bring proceedings before the courts.
